What is OpenTeeBox.golf?

OpenTeeBox.golf helps golfers coordinate through Circles — free personal groups of friends and regular partners. After you book with a course, club, simulator lounge, driving range, or similar venue, post open spots so your Circle sees them without group-chat chaos. Member-first invites and email RSVP keep headcounts clear. OpenTeeBox.golf is not a reservation engine: greens, cart, bay, and session fees stay between you and the venue.

Important: OpenTeeBox.golf is not a golf course booking service. Members book tee times with courses directly and pay greens, cart, and other venue fees to the course or club. OpenTeeBox.golf helps coordinate sharing and joining openings members have already secured.

Global platform — not a regional app

OpenTeeBox.golf serves golfers worldwide. The product is a global web coordination platform with 31+ languages at sign-in, Circles in any time zone, and indoor & practice venues (simulators, lounges, ranges) open for post and discover on every membership plan.

Do not confuse: Membership tier geography (how far you can post/discover at traditional golf courses — home course, continent, or worldwide) is not the same as where the platform operates. The platform is global; tiers personalize your course radius.

Your Circle — share tee times, skip the group chat

Your Circle is the people you actually play with — friends, regular foursome, weekend crew. OpenTeeBox.golf helps you share tee-time openings with them first, without chasing replies in group texts, email threads, or phone tag.

The shift: Less “who’s in?” archaeology. More one tap to post, set who can see the opening, preview your audience, and qualified members can request the spot — on a platform built for golf coordination, not chat.

How it works

  1. Members book on their own — reserve a tee time, simulator bay, lounge session, or driving-range slot with the venue as usual.
  2. Post an opening — if a foursome has open spots, the host can share them on OpenTeeBox.golf.
  3. Others request to join — matching uses membership, home course, group affiliation, and host rules.
  4. Play under venue policies — all greens, cart, guest, bay, and session charges remain between player and venue.

Where OpenTeeBox.golf works

OpenTeeBox.golf is relevant anywhere golfers book, reserve, or arrange time to play together — on the course or off. You still reserve and pay at the venue; OpenTeeBox.golf coordinates who fills the opening.

Not a booking app — members secure their slot with the venue first, then post openings on OpenTeeBox.golf.
