Your Circle is the people you actually play with — friends, regular foursome, weekend crew. OpenTeeBox.golf helps you share tee-time openings with them first, without chasing replies in group texts, email threads, or phone tag.
How Circles accelerate tee-time sharing
- Start free — Sign up, then Club House → Start your circle (purple tile at the top). Pick a name your group recognizes — about a minute.
- Invite your people — Email invite or share link. They join with a free account in about two minutes.
- Post an opening for your Circle — From Circle hub: one button after you have reserved with the venue. Members are notified in-app and by email.
- Circle-first visibility — On Home Course Plus (Bronze) or higher, your roster is pre-filled for member-first priority invites. On the free tier, listings can stay Circle-only until you widen them.
- Book in Club House — Circle mates request spots like any listing; you still pay the venue directly.

Membership tier & venue scope (important)
Circle membership helps you find and notify your people faster. It does not override where you can book on OpenTeeBox.golf:
- Traditional golf courses — Home Course Basic / Plus: your designated home course; Silver: home continent; Gold: worldwide
- Indoor & practice venues — simulators, virtual golf bays, golf lounges, driving ranges, and similar sessions: open to all members for post and book; tier geography does not apply
If a Circle mate posts a traditional course outside your tier scope, you may still see the opening but need a tier upgrade or aligned home course to book. Indoor and practice venues are not limited that way. See Wiki · Venue types.
