What we need from club leadership

1. Confirm participation and your club's display name
2. Choose a preferred join slug — short, lowercase, letters and numbers only (example: abwc). This becomes part of your private link.
3. Provide a group logo that members will recognize on join screens and profile badges (see file requirements below)
4. Send a roster file with email and full_name columns (see file requirements below)
5. Forward your private join link to members after one-time setup

File requirements (please follow — saves rework)

Group logo

• Format: PNG preferred (transparent background). JPG is fine if the mark already has a solid background.
• Size: 512×512 pixels ideal; 256×256 minimum on the short side; 2 MB max file size.
• Layout: Square or near-square, centered mark with modest padding — it appears on join screens and profile badges at phone size.
• Avoid: Tiny text, busy photo backgrounds, thin lines, or watermarks that will not read on a phone.
• Rights: You must have permission to display the logo on OpenTeeBox.
• Slug match: We host the file as your-slug.png (example: slug abwc → logo file named for that slug).

Roster CSV

• Format: UTF-8 CSV with a header row.
• Columns: exactly email and full_name (spelling matters).
• Email: must match the address each member will use to create their account.
• Example row: alex.member@example.com,Alex Example

Join slug

• Short, lowercase, letters and numbers only (example: abwc).
• Becomes part of your private link: https://openteebox.golf/join?groupSlug=your-slug

Secure, low-touch enrollment

• One-time admin setup — we create the group, load the roster, and send your join link
• Email roster gate — only addresses on the roster can pass the join link check
• Self-service for members — no per-member approval after the roster is loaded
• Private link — share only with your membership; do not post publicly

Member enrollment steps

1. Open your club's join link: https://openteebox.golf/join?groupSlug=your-club-slug
2. Create an account with the exact email on your roster
3. Enter full legal name and complete the short profile
4. Start using Club House to post and join openings
