Benefits for your members

What we need from club leadership

  1. Confirm participation and your club's display name
  2. Choose a preferred join slug — short, lowercase, letters and numbers only (example: abwc). This becomes part of your private link.
  3. Provide a group logo that members will recognize on join screens and profile badges (see file requirements below)
  4. Send a roster file with email and full_name columns (see file requirements below)
  5. Forward your private join link to members after one-time setup

Why courses adopt matching platforms — and what to watch for

Key challenges are usually operational, trust-related, and workflow-related. Courses need a matching platform to fill gaps without creating confusion around payments, cancellation rules, pace of play, or who is responsible when a pairing goes wrong.

Main challenges

The biggest risk is added complexity without enough value. OpenTeeBox.golf is designed so the course keeps payment and policy, while members get a defined tool to fill open spots with clear expectations for pace, skill, and conduct.
